Preventative health

What is preventative healthcare?

At Kimberly Cares, we offer a wide range of medical services to meet your needs.  From primary care to specialty services, we have the expertise to help you stay healthy.  Preventative healthcare is an essential part of your primary care. Just as it sounds, the focus is prevention of chronic disease like diabetes and hypertension, protection against vaccine- preventable diseases, and early detection of cancer.  Preventative care—such as annual physicals, wellness exams, and lifestyle counseling—plays a key role in maintaining long-term health. Primary care providers also ensure that children and adults stay up-to-date on essential immunizations, protecting against serious diseases like hepatitis & measles. Other primary care services include management of existing chronic conditions and treatment of acute illnesses.  By offering family-centered care in one convenient setting, primary care helps patients of all ages achieve optimal health and well-being. Our team of experts provides diagnostic testing, treatment plans, and preventative care to ensure that you receive the best possible care.

Is it free?!
