Men's Health

Wellness

Our Men’s Wellness services focus on proactive, preventive care to support your overall health, energy, and quality of life. We offer confidential, personalized health screenings and guidance for men at every stage of life.

Routine Health Screenings

Staying on top of routine screenings helps detect common health issues early—when they’re most treatable. We offer regular checks for:

  • Blood Pressure: High blood pressure often has no symptoms but increases risk of heart disease and stroke. Routine screening helps manage risk early.
  • Diabetes: A simple blood test (A1C or glucose) can screen for prediabetes or type 2 diabetes, especially if you have risk factors like age, weight, or family history.
  • Cholesterol: A blood test can check your levels of good (HDL) and bad (LDL) cholesterol, helping assess your heart health.

Reproductive Health

We also address reproductive health, including:

  • Erectile dysfunction
  • STI screening and prevention
  • Low Testosterone

Reproductive Health

Prostate

Erectile dysfunction

TEstosterone

We offer screening and counseling for prostate health, especially for men over 40 or with a family history of prostate cancer. Evaluations may include:

  • Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) blood test

  •  Digital Rectal Exam (DRE)

TEstosterone

Erectile dysfunction

TEstosterone

Testosterone supports energy, muscle mass, mood, and sexual health.

  • Normal levels: 300–1,000 ng/dL

  • Low testosterone (Low T): Can cause fatigue, low sex drive, depression, or weight gain

If low levels are detected via a blood test, we offer Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) options such as:

  • Gels or patches
  • Injections

Erectile dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection firm enough for sexual activity. It’s a common condition that can affect men of all ages, especially as they get older.

Some causes include:

  • Poor blood flow or circulation issues

  • Low testosterone

  • Diabetes or high blood pressure

  • Stress, anxiety, or depression

  • Side effects of certain medication

Medications are effective for most men and are generally safe
