Mental Health

Mental Health Services

Your mental well-being is essential to your overall health. We are here to support you with compassionate care and evidence-based treatment for common mental health concerns.

Our goal is to help you feel better and function at your best. If your needs go beyond the scope of our services, we’re here to connect you to the right specialists.

What We treat

We provide care for mild anxiety, depression, and ADHD:

Common triggers for anxiety and depression include:

  • Life stressors (work, relationships, finances)
  • Trauma or abuse
  • Grief or major life changes
  • Chronic illness or pain
  • Hormonal changes
  • Substance use or withdrawal

Early treatment can help reduce the severity and impact of these conditions. Seeking support is a strong first step toward recovery.

Psychiatric Care

How We Can Help

If you are experiencing more complex mental health concerns, we can help guide you to the appropriate level of care. Referrals are available for:

  • Moderate to severe depression
  • Substance abuse or addiction concerns
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders
  • Eating disorders
  • In-depth psychological counseling or psychiatric evaluation

Please note that we do not treat these conditions in-house, but we are committed to helping you find the care you need.

Over 40 million adults in the U.S. (nearly 1 in 5) experience an anxiety disorder each year. More than 21 million adults have had at least one major depressive episode annually.
